Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing

  1. All payments for products and services offered on our online shop are securely processed via Paymob.
  2. Customers may use the available payment methods supported by Paymob (e.g., credit/debit cards, wallets, or other localized options).
  3. Payments are processed directly through Paymob’s platform and API connection with our online shop.
  4. Rezaul Hoque does not store or have direct access to your payment card details.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Refunds are only possible when an order has been canceled or voided in our cash register (POS/Kassa system).
  2. Once a cancellation is confirmed, the refund request will be processed manually by our team through the Paymob platform.
  3. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  4. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Completed and delivered orders are not eligible for a refund, unless they are canceled before preparation/shipping.
  2. Digital products, promotional offers, and gift cards are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Disputes & Support

  1. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not authorize a payment, please contact us immediately.
  2. We will review your request and coordinate with Paymob to resolve the issue.
